(Grade A+) This pastry chef is amazing, I have not gotten anything that is sub par here. The Kouign-Amann is simple but so flaky and the right amount of sugar on top. The Peach tart like any of the fruit tipped tarts, is amazing & of course Croissants are flaky and delicious, but that small little sandwich gets me every time. The baguette (If I can call it that) is so soft and the sesame seeds ok top, I can eat the bread by itself and will probably be satisfied. This one o got had ham & brie (with their amassing butter of course) I’m not a fan of brie, but in this sandwich it worked for me.👏👏
