(Grade A+) This pastry chef is amazing, I have not gotten anything that is sub par here. The Kouign-Amann is simple but so flaky and the right amount of sugar on top. The Peach tart like any of the fruit tipped tarts, is amazing & of course Croissants are flaky and delicious, but that small little sandwich gets me every time. (Grade A-) The Pizza was excellent A+, but the Bolognese sauce was horrible let's say D. So 5 star for the pizza, but 1 star for the Bolognese, it was very bland, needs some flavor, maybe Calabrese chili sauce. Will not be ordering it when I return.
