(Grade A-) Wanted to try it because it had a good rating. If you drive by, you wouldn't stop and try because it doesn't really stand out, it's so simple looking, sort of like a diner, but the food, with the exception of the chicken taquitos, was excellent. My favorite was the chicken quesadillas, it was surprisingly different than the usual ones you get everywhere. The chicken burrito was good but the rice was a bit much and beans?? (Grade A-) It's a good place specially after changing menu and name from Twohey's to The Foothill. We got the steak frites (very good) and fish of the day (so-so) we've been here before and it's getting better and better. Root Vegetables (Good)

(Grade C+) It was not worth the hype. Crying Tiger was ok, but the meat was a bit chewy. The morning glory salad was ehh, I don't know what these reviewers go crazy about, maybe they haven't been out much. The oxtail noodle was ok. Everything has lemon and honey, and of course the saving grace is jalapeno and/or Serrano chilli in everything. The deep fried Seabass was good. Desert?
